Since it was so well received last year, we are offering you the “GANS at home” campaign again.

With little effort and without much prior knowledge, you can enjoy a delicious roast goose or duck for your loved ones.

Quick instructions (everything ready in 15 minutes)


You will need: An oven, a pot of hot water and a pot for the sauce.

Place the side dishes (red cabbage, dumplings and melted bread) closed in the bag in the hot water and heat for about 15 minutes over a low heat.

Stir the sauce slowly in a separate pan until warm.

Preheat the oven to 180° and put the goose/duck in the oven for about 10 min, adding the baked apples if necessary.
Then switch the oven to 220° for approx. 5 min to give the roast the final touch.
Remove the warmed side dishes from the bag and arrange in appropriate dishes. Carve the goose as desired.
